How does the payment process work?

Once you place an order on SuperFriday, the payment will consist of the product retail price and shipping fee. The order will then be automatically imported and sent to production according to your order approval settings. However, since SuperFriday cannot directly withdraw funds from your sales channel, your linked credit card will be charged for the order.


Why is my card getting declined?

If your card is being declined during a transaction, there could be several reasons for it. However, please note that SuperFriday does not have access to the specific reason for the decline. We suggest checking the following list of possible reasons and contacting your credit card issuer or bank for further information:

  1. Insufficient funds: Check the available funds in your bank account.
  2. Card has expired: Verify the expiration date on your credit or debit card.
  3. Withdrawal limit has been exceeded: You may have reached a daily limit for a single vendor that was set up by your card issuer or bank. Try contacting your bank for more information or retry the transaction the next day.
  4. Card is blocked: Wait for 30 minutes and try again. If it still doesn't work, try adding a new card or contact your bank.
  5. Technical error occurred: Retry the process at a later time. If the issue persists, click on the chat bubble to contact our Merchant Support team.
  6. Bank declined the transaction: Contact your bank for more information.

Why is my payment still pending?

When you make a purchase online, your bank or card issuer is contacted to confirm that your payment is valid. The bank then holds the funds until the transaction processes or the authorization expires. Even if your transaction is declined, the hold may still appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies.

Please be assured this is not an actual charge.

The billing address must match the address registered with your bank, even if you choose to ship your order to a different location.
